All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you follow up with the carrier.

International Shipping
At the moment, Velora ships to selected locations only. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
